"With the end of prohibition looming around the corner, more celebrities are looking to buy high end, expensive glass to decorate their luxury homes and vacation getaways. From Joe Walsh owning a Glass Guitar, to the twisted cane decorative ware in the home of Toby McGuire, Sasquatch Glass has been dealing with more celebrities in the realm of glass and art; However, today we saw one of the most interesting men in the world, track down his favorite glass artist for a one-of-a-kind.

Dan Bilzerian has been followed by a large percentage of people who see him as an icon for the American Lifestyle. Whether he is partying on a boat, in his multi-million dollar homes, or in Las Vegas with a cache of women, this venture capitalist seeks out the best of the best to surround himself with.

A few months ago, Dan posted a picture of a Buck Glass fish he found online and purchased for his home. He uploaded a picture of the piece using the caption, “Ate Ambien and went shopping. A few days later this stupid $6500 fish shows up…”. It appears that the “stupid fish” that Mr. Bilzerian was referring too was actually a favorite of the wild partier.

Today he uploaded a new picture of a gorgeous hand worked glass chandelier that is equipped with blazing colors and recreated skulls of a goat head. This time Dan Bilzerian chose his words a bit differently when showing the world his new piece from Legendary Artist, Buck Glass: “Remember that $6500 Buck Glass fish… Well I got him to hand blow this monster custom Goat skull chandelier for me”.

This is a huge step in the right direction for the glass pipe/art industry, as well as a huge jump in making the popularity and showmanship of glass art directed into main stream media. Buck Glass (who has a collaborative piece in the Sasquatch Glass store) has been making waves and leading this industry for years which makes him own of the most sought after artists in the borosilicate scene. Sasquatch Glass can’t wait to see what happens next in the everyday attention of this emerging industry.

“A venture capitalist by trade, Dan Bilzerian (a.k.a. “Blitz”) has made a name for himself as a high-stakes poker player, thrill seeker and, more recently, Hollywood actor. His lavish lifestyle, penchant for danger and carefree attitude has gotten him attention around the world as an international playboy.

As an actor and stuntman, Bilzerian’s credits include “Olympus Has Fallen,” starring Gerard Butler and Morgan Freeman, as well as three films to be released in 2014:”Lone Survivor,” starring Mark Wahlberg; “The Equalizer,” starring Denzel Washington; and “The Other Woman,” starring Cameron Diaz and Kate Upton.

True to his nature, Bilzerian spends his free time doing extreme sports around the world as well as training MMA, scuba diving, mountain biking, snowmobiling, and racing cars.”

Glad to see Buck getting this kind of support; talk about a once in a life time commission.
